AppLabs takes reports about this website seriously. Please send a clear, private report so we can understand and investigate it.
Report a concern
Email info@applabs.co.ke with “Security report” in the subject. Include the affected page or endpoint, a concise description, steps to reproduce, and your preferred contact. Please do not include passwords, personal data, or exploit code in the first message.
While we investigate
Give us reasonable time to assess the report and avoid accessing, changing or deleting other people’s data. We cannot promise a particular response time, reward or safe-harbour arrangement, but we will handle a useful report carefully.
Website safeguards
The public form validates input on the server, limits abusive requests and keeps its mail configuration private. HTTPS and security headers are configured at the hosting layer; hosting and mail providers may process technical logs needed to operate the service.
