Data deletion / Your information
Make a clean exit.
If you have sent an enquiry, email info@applabs.co.ke with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us the email address used and, if useful, the approximate date of the enquiry so we can find the right record.
Verification
We may ask for a small amount of information to verify the request belongs to you. Please do not send identity documents or passwords by email unless we specifically explain why they are required.
What happens next
We remove or anonymise enquiry information when there is no continuing reason to keep it. Some records may need to remain for legal, security or accounting reasons, and backups may take time to cycle out. We will explain any exception in our reply.
